The housing costs consist of a basic rent and energy and service charges (hereinafter referred to as service charges).
The energy and service charges are charged monthly in advance. All residents receive an individual statement of the actual energy and service charges once a year. You can read exactly how the service and energy charges are settled in the tenant manual, which you can request from us.
The basic rents for the rental apartments range from approximately €600 to €1000 per month. The energy and service charges are added to this.
Electricity metering is arranged individually. Because these are submeters, the billing is handled by Woonpark De Grens.
The heating is controlled by a central boiler, and the meter readings are provided by meters on the radiators.
The monthly advance payment is approximately €160. This advance payment also includes water consumption, waste disposal, and boiler rental. Most residents stay within this advance payment limit.
Additional costs for tenants include municipal taxes such as sewage charges.
The basic rent for the properties is approximately €600-1000 per month. The energy and service charges are added to this.
The advance payment is the same as for the apartments, with the exception of central heating and hot water, which are arranged separately. Each property is equipped with its own high-efficiency combi boiler and gas meter. Gas is supplied directly between the resident and the energy company of their choice. The advance payment for energy and service charges is approximately €125 per month.
The prices listed are indicative and subject to change.
