Young and old alike live at Woonpark De Grens. The diversity of the residents makes living here particularly appealing. There are rental apartments in the former monastery building and rental homes adjacent to it. Each rental apartment and home is independent, has its own house number (registration with the municipality of Baarle-Nassau is required), a private bathroom and toilet, and a private storage unit. There is also the option to use communal facilities such as:
- A shared meeting room
- Laundry room with three washing machines and a drying area
- Shared above-ground bicycle storage
- A guest room
- Parking for cars
- The park itself
Some residents also keep small livestock, such as chickens. This is also an option for you. However, you must be able to tolerate the tranquility of the countryside. Those who live there now have, of course, made a conscious choice.
There are 13 two-room homes with private storage and a garden. The shower, toilet, kitchen, and living room are on the ground floor, and the master bedroom is on the first floor.
The monastery has three floors, with six apartments per floor. There are 12 two-room apartments and six three-room apartments in the monastery building. Each apartment has its own shower and toilet. A (stair) lift is available in the building.
